The most competitively-priced HSA plans are currently available with Blue Shield and Aetna:

If you are under age 45, the Blue Shield Savings 3500 and 5200 will generally be your best choices.

If you are 45 or older, the Aetna 3500 HSA or 5500 HSA plans will generally be your best choices.
